Damian Zech is a seasoned executive and COO with +20 years of experience in international wealth management. He is an expert in business transformation, digital capabilities, risk management, and building effective operational platforms that provide a superior client experience.

Damian had a distinguished career in Switzerland and abroad at leading private banks such as Credit Suisse, Lombard Odier and Quintet Private Bank.

Damian holds a Ph.D. in physics with distinction from the University of Zurich and worked as a research associate at the IBM Research Laboratory and at Stanford University. He started his business career at McKinsey & Co.
